At very short notice I have a game tonight vs Skaven under the above comp system. It's the same player I got a losing draw against a few weeks ago.
For those not versed in SCGT Comp, it works as follows:
5 - (number of power pool choices) + (soft pool bonus points) = comp score.
Max 5 power pool choices, no limit on number of soft choices but max bonus points is still 5
So comp score will range from 0 - 10.
Lower = power list
Higher = fluff list

For Lizardmen the pool choices are as follows:
Power pool
Scar vet or Oldblood mounted on cold one (each after 2nd counts as 2)
Each scar vet after the 3rd (in addition to the restriction above)
Slann Mage priest with channeling staff and harmonic convergence
Each slann Mage priest after the 1st
Skink skirmishers after the third unit
Skink cohort not containing kroxigor under 15 models after the 2nd
Tetto
Lord Kroak
Soft pool
Kroc-gar
Tehenhauin on ancient Steg
Chakak
Gor-rok
Mazdamundi
Carnosaur
Troglodon (counts as 2, max 1)

My opponent has told me his (new?) list is comp 6.

50+ Skaven slaves counts as 2*
A unit of 60+ counts as 3*
