AoS Saurus Oldblood Equipment

So this might seem like a daft question but how does one go about getting the different weapons for the saurus oldblood? I've always assumed the one he's equipped with in the box is the maul but there are some far better weapons available by the looks of things, where do you get the weapons from?

Older models, the extra oldblood on foot from the carno kit comes with a few extra weapons.
