AoS Respawning my oldhammer lizardmen army

Hello everyone!

The new release of Age of Sigmar has encouraged me to dig out all my old warhammer from 1996. Apparently I was a spoiled child as I have approximately a 1500pt army including a Slann priest, Stegadon, salamander and healthy amount of skinks and saurus.

I'd like to rebase all the models onto round bases and get any rules/warscrolls to start playing games in the new addition. What rules books should I be looking at and is there a table of the recommended base size for each model?

AOS2 is on preorder and the core rules are free from GW website you can also download all the warscrolls from the site, only book you really need is The Generals Handbook 2018 (also on preorder) which has all the point values etc but again these can be gained from warscroll builder.
