AoS Quick question about summoning an Astrolith Bearer

So if I'm seeing this correctly a summoned Astrolith Bearer can plant it's Astrolith right away, because summoning only restricts movement, thus making it very flexible. Is that true? because that seems busted.

Yes, he can. It is really good indeed but far from busted as he cannot carry any item to protect him and he can be easily targeted by experienced opponents *unless you are lucky enough to find a great place to hide him that also makes sense reroll wise.

He is in my lists the last 5months, a great unit indeed.

Alsokeep in mind : the +1 to cast is G L O B A L which is amazing. Not in 10" bubble like the rerolls *was playing it wrong for a long time !
