AoS Order artefacts in seraphon allegiance

Hey guys, recently ive been hearing around that models from an allegiance can take artefacts from their main allegiances. Ex. Seraphon allegiance can still take order artefacts and Khorne allegiance could take Chaos artefacts. Is this right or are people makin stuff up?

IIRC there is SOME truth to it:
You can pick the allegiance abilities of Order despite being Seraphon (for the purpose of taking Saurus Knights as Battleline for example) so you could use Order arllegiance abilities and traits and artefacts.
But there is no way to take Seraphon traits and Order artefacts for example.

Ye i undeestood that lart. I think they meant it like in a 40K standard that you can always choose from your "base" artefacts. Happy that its cleared up
