Consider a second priest - the 4+ ability to get rerollable saves is good, but it's worth 80pt (to me at least) to double your chances there.

they're 80pt each so you could bump up to an "almost guaranteed" buff by adding 2...

Or an astrolith bearer, he'll let anything nearby reroll failed hit rolls, which that dread saurian may enjoy greatly.

Prayers are not part of the rule of one. Blades of Khrone in their book specifically stats that blood fueled prayers may only be used once, however.

If you have two sources to preform celestial rites from, then you can preform it twice.

Prayers aren't spells - Lizard Wizard is right.
...that means 2 priests gives you a 80-something % chance of pulling it off.
I'd recommend giving it a go, and with Sotek making sure you don't ever roll Snake-Eyes (wordplay very much intended) you could improve the survivability of your army drastically. (WARNING - RNG)

If you don't like focussing on making everything rerollable, you can always fill those points up with something else.
