I remembered I got an old unassembled box of Highelf spearmen, and I assume I can build it for some gaming, but... How do ppl use old Highelf miniatures now? Is they any good?

highelf spearmen have been stuntied you can probably convert them into phoenix guard or eternal guard though

Look at what's left from cities of sigmar, and yeah you're probably going to need to kitbash them as the regular high aelves have been squatted.
