9th Age New to AoS, lots of models need an advice

Hello, I got collection of Lizardmen Army need the advice for army build for seraphon Aos 1000 and 2000/2500 army list. How build Seraphon army with those models. What I have are:

Oldblood
16 saurus with spears
20 temple guards
Slann
23 skinks with javelin and shields (with standard and champion)
20 skinks skirmishers with blowpipses and handweapon
2 salamanders
8 skink handlers
5th ed stegodon
5th ed 3 terradon riders (need to fix them)
5the ed 2 skink chief
5th ed 2 skink priests
5th ed kroxigors
5th ed 1 cold one with saurus

(Maybe will get kroq-gar carnosaur and 20 saurus on Christmas

What build of seraphon army could I go for with those?
Any other suggest models to get?

You should have posted this in the Age of Sigmar section of the forum...

that said:
as new models, I strongly suggest a bastiladon
as general... it comes to what army are you effectively fielding: OldBlood on carnosaur boosts melee heroes, Scarvet on carnosaur buffs troops, skink chief buffs skinks, Slann is usually a lesser choice as general unless you need Flying units and additional protection from shooting armies.
Alternatively, when you have the heroes, you can field the bloodclaw starhost and use all the command abilities!

In bloodclaw starhost consist units:

• 1 Saurus Oldblood, or 1 Saurus Oldblood on Carnosaur
• 3 Heres of any combination: [Is that means tha we can choose 3 SV on CO or not so]
Saurus Sunblood, Saurus Scar-Veteran, Saurus Scar-Veteran on Cold One, Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur, Saurus Etenity Warden
• 3-9 battleline uniits

Is that the mistake? They mean Scar-Veteran with Battleline Standard from Lizardmen Warscroll, witch is Saurus Astrolith Bearer, the only one Scar-Veteran without mount in Seraphon battletom.
Actualy it there Is a 6th ed and 8th model of Scar-Veteran on foot with melee weapon, but Im not shure they thought about this ones.

If those models are usless it would be easy to convert them to Cold One Riders?
