If we were to get new models and scrolls what kind of model would you want?
 
Some sort of Skink Chief would be cool.
 
Yah i want skink chief/hero. A little wound heal or skink buff would be fun and not op.

I also would think a small flyer/speed unit as a turn harasser, Archaeopteryx. Or a AoS version could be fun and aesthetically pleasing.
 
Skink chief / Starpriest leading a team of skinks with a Kroxigor providing some muscle in the back.
 
I really hope (with my fingers crossed) that Seraphon will get a Nightvault warband. Personally, I think the Malign Portents story, "Dying Star" is leading to that exactly.

- I'd like to see a skink priest/wizard leading a saurus hero and 2-3 of saurus "dangle bros".

- But I expect a skink warband, based on the skink's size and versatility.

- I could also see a skink band with a new dinosaur pet, similar to the Riptooth from Magore's Fiends.

I think a new small dino would be amazing.

Looking at warbands i expect skink warband and chief to be most likely.

If they did a new dino what size base do u think? Purpose and kind? Only been playin for 2 years so curious what vets think.

Honestly, I've played less time than you, so your a veteran from my perspective. I think it would be interesting to see a warband with "heavy hitting" saurus and a "weak" skink caster leader. But, I agree that a total skink, or skinks & a krox, or skinks & a dino are more likely. Perhaps the entire warband could be a ranged unit, somewhat similar to the Farstriders? The skinks would inspire by starting next to an enemy and running away? Or inspire by moving and shooting (charging)?

I think it could be cool to see a re-tooled (for Shadespire) razordon/salamander (plus an updated model would be generous). But either of those models are probably a bit too large for a Nightvault board. So, any ranged/spitting/spiked dino would be interesting. Maybe the dino could be decent ranged but weak in close-combat?
 
I don't think a pure skink warband is likely, they're not presented as capable fighters in AoS so it'd either have to be yet another horde warband, which we already just got 2 extra ones of. Or it'd require the introduction of various specialist skinks we haven't seen so far. Admittadly, the introduction of those skinks could be alongside some new stuff for the seraphon as a whole, say the return of the skink chief as well as the introduction of some halfway capable melee variant of skinks. However, I wouldn't expect those to be introduced unless it coincides with the seraphon battletome 2.0 as having the skink specialists only in shadespire would be weird and would only result in loads of complaining about wanting that shiny new skink specialist in AoS as a normal character as well.

Right now I would expect a seraphon warband to contain (some of) the following:

skink starpriest/priest/starseer as the leader and wizard
Kroxigor + skink handler for the heavy hitter and acting essentially as 1 model.
Either 1 special saurus leading 2 saurus as frontline or 1 chameleon skink leading 2 skinks.
If it's the skinks then it'l probably include 1 or 2 saurus as well seeing as otherwise we won't have a frontline. If it's the saurus then the chamelon skink probably tags along on his own.
