I am soon to be in tournament season in my area. I have 4 GTs in the next 3 months. I have a couple lists that I made up, and would like feedback on them, as well as an educated idea on which one to take.
Keep in mind, any GT mission of these GTs that have objectives, can only be held by units with FC. Also, I take Heavens on the Skink Priests to get comet, or to at least get iceshard blizzard to trump enemy shooting.
List 1: 2500 Points
Here, I had the idea to have the ultimate cowboy with the OldBlood having str 6, 1+ Rerollable AS with a 4++ Ward. I gave him the halberd due to point restrictions at 2500 Points. Chameleon Skinks are warmachine hunters, and I just win with the Sarus Blocks and magic.

Here, I got the idea from some YouTube battle reports to have more than one cowboy, along with more Temple Guard to punch faces. I gave the TG champ a magic weapon for ethereal stuff, and Ripperdactlys to toad a warmachine unit. They are of course going to take the place of the chameleon skinks in warmachine hunting.
