8th Ed. Need advice on my 2500pt armies

Hi all, i havent played in like 10 years but a couple of my friends have started again so i dusted of my old lizardmen to go out and have a few battles. Im going to be facing WoC, DE and VCs so i hope you guys can tell me how you like my lists. Have to say also i might have calculated some stuff wrong.

Pretty big Saurus blocks, lol. Nothing to worry about though.

The double Carny list looks like fun. One big ol' block to act as the anchor for the army and two Carno's running around eating the lesser races. Ought to be somewhat of a nightmare for anyone playing against it. Just hope they don't bring too many cannons. Rippers and the Basti should support the army very well.

The second list looks like it might have some trouble, but maybe not. Only one block to buff with the Slann should make the casting decisions pretty easy when it comes to buffs. You might be lacking in enough chaff units to effectively control the board however.

I didn't go through your points but it looks like it makes sense. Your character builds look pretty solid, so that's good. The 10 year break didn't make you forget how to equip your models!
