First i think their are a few combos out there better then scimitar of the sun for less points. Heck sword of strife same thing +2 A at less points. Sword of Battle plus Carnosaur pendant. Also your vet cant use the great weapon with a magic weapon.
Your slann cannot have two enchanted items. Also I would try to fit a BSB on him.
I would ditch Itxi grubs for a dispel scroll personally.
Units of 12 saurus seem really small to me. I would boost them up to atleast 15 if not 20.
Not sure how many temple guard you are taking but it would be hopefully atleast 16. I dont know about giving the champion such a high pt magic wpn either.

Seems like this list has alot of bumps to smooth out, but as it stands it is not a valid list.

the reason i have 12 saurus is that i have currently only 24 saurus

Make one big unit of saurus instead of 2 small ones. Ditch the ranked skinks and make them skirmishers.

Your Slann should always take Focused Rumination as it's free discipline. I always take Focus of Mystery instead of the plaque of Tepok.

How many TGs in that unit? Like somebody said before me, nothing under 16, 20 is great, 24 might be overkill at 2k pts.

Is that a regular steg? I'd make it an Ancient one.

8 Cold one Cavalry is a lot, I prefer small units of 5. They always attract ennemy fire, never do anything, but hey, the ennemy doesn't kill my saurus blocks .
