8th Ed. My 3000pt list want any advice!!

Hey guys made my 3000 point list from the units and models i really like, any advice on it would be good cause im still a bit iffy on a few of the parts

Lords:

Slann: becalming cogitation, focus of mystery

Oldblood: Carnosaur, shield

Heroes:

Scar veteran: BSB

Scar vet: light armour, shield

skink priest: lvl 2

skink priest: lvl 2

skink chief: terradon, javelin


Core:

24 saurus: FC

24 saurus: FC

16 skinks (cohort): brave, 2 kroxigor

14 skinks (skirmishers): patrol leader


Special:

20 Temple guard: FC

Bastiladon: solar engine

5 Terradons: Sky leader, fireleech bolas


Rare:

Ancient Stegadon

That comes out to roughly 3000 points im either a few over or a few below not done the full maths yet
