Is this 1999 points format? if so, you can't have 2x of scout/vanguard skinks skirmisher.

35 models skinks are simply unmaneuverable. impossible to have both range and line of sights with all of them. same with 20 models of chamaleons
battle magic slann have no need for a magic weapon.
having two ranged weapons on the chief have no use, better replace that blowpipe with something else (like additional hand weapon) if you want to use the staff
terradon units are terrible (as the whole book). they can't have shields.

our best unit is bastilodon, 2x are mandatory imho.

I would def put the Skink Chiefs on Stegadons instead, that would do a lot to make your list more competitive. Also do note Slann does not get Look OUt Sir anymore, so he will be sniped out fast.. even with Ethereal vs opposing magic missiles.
