the doubt is: better Stegadon warspear or two Scar-vet in the horde

I reckon keep the ancient steg but get rid of the skink chief with the warspear - it's ridiculously expensive for just 1 to 6 extra S6 impact hits (and you might not even get that - you might not get the charge). With the spare points you can buy a skink proest scroll caddy with the dispel scroll.
Out of interest, why does the slann have the potion of toughness? He has to go in the Temple Guard - not planning on accepting any challenges are you?

Because usually my temple guard are massacred by bloodthirster or bloodcrushers or anythig of big in the field.
The potion of toughness make me gain precious time for the magic of the Slann.... for now as worked

I regularly face a Brettonian opponent that uses a character that forces my slann to accept the challenge (once the champion is gone). I could see taking that to buff him up a little.
