Anybody know where to get links to any rules for lizardmen characters in white drwaf that may have appeared? and how best to use them if you have used them?

Well where where some 6th edition ones,
Notably the original Engine of the gods on the Arcadon,
and our only Kroxigor hero, Nakai.


You should be able to find their pdf's on the internet with a little searching.

I read a rumor somewhere that said that there will be new rules in upcoming WD that are for when an army faces the same army type (i.e. lizardmen vs lizardmen, HE vs HE, etc.). My understanding is that it will cover several issues of WD as well.

Grain of salt and all that though.

there are, and its nothing fancy tbh. no new characters or anything just a table that you roll on and get a random event if you play a "civil war".

It sounds kinda interesting. Will have to see what the things are though. I really hope they consider bringing out some lizard characters both worth the points and cheap enough to have. its not very often there are games where you can reasonably take mazdamundi or kroaky.
I like hero special characters as you can have a nifty little thing to do hear and there and you still got ye general for the sneaky tricks
