Hi guys
This Friday, (after the Greenskins and Beastmen have duked it out savage style) we’re having our first T&T game, 1250pts each. Might get bumped up all the way to 2000pts, still undecided. For every 500pts you get 100pts to hire mercs, right?
The opposition will consist of a host of Nurgle Daemons and a battalion from the Empire province of Nuln. If there are any survivors from the previous battle then there might be some Beastmen and Greenskins left to fight as well.
Since I’m in the beginning of starting a DE army, I thought I’d include some as mercenaries just to try them out. I haven’t assembled much yet but I’ll fix whatever I need in time for the game. This is what I have:
Right off the bat I was thinking a Master (70) and some Doomfire Warlocks (125), leaves me with 5pts to give the Master some basic protection or a weapon. This should take care of my magic need and I could focus on fighty scar-vets and old blood.
Anybody got any other interesting ideas in mind? Other suggestions and tactical advice is much appreciated since, like I said, this will be my first T&T game
