Yes. The balewind is considered to be a part of the model atop it for rules purposes. Kroak is a unit that consist of a single model. Thus LoSaT would allow you to select the Koraknaddo as a valid target.

It's also worth noting balewind didn't allow you to move, but LoSaT is not considered a move ,so you are able to
