Does anyone know whether it is better to have lots of small units of jungle swarm (say 1-2 bases per unit) or a couple of large units (say 5 bases per unit)

Thanks :meh:

Well since they are skirmishers and wont ever break ranks, and they are unbreakable themselves...
I would think that you might as well run them as seperate units even if you have them runing near each outher.

I would say don't run them at all, get more skinks instead!

Agreed, they seem like a horrible waste for what they do compared to skinks.

Yeah most people will agree they aren't really worth their points at the moment...

However, some food for thought in response to n810.. I believe the crumbling rules work that the combat res difference is not split between each crumbling unit, but given in full to all right? So if you have 3 units of 1 swarm in a combat, and they lose by 2, then each swarm will lose two wounds. On the other hand, if you have one unit of 3 swarms and they lose by 2, only one swarm will lose two wounds.

Ahhh that makes more sense...
I haven't used my swarms yet.
I knew there had to be reason you
could take larger units...
