8th Ed. Is this a good list??

Okay, I need a good list, just for friendly, so it doesn't need to be really cheesy(as if lizzie's could be cheesy ), the armies I'll be facing are: DE, HE, O&G(mostly gobbo's), VC, Dwarves, and other lizzie's.
Here comes my list, it's 2000 points, all advice welcome:

Overall good list. The 39 saurus are an especially good touch. That is one tough unit. The only thing that I see that could be improved is that you need a warmachine hunting unit. Some Chameleons or a a unit of terradons can do this. I think the chameleons are the better choice though.

I see no major flaw in this list! That is one indimidating unit of saurus you got there. But like Arli said, I would get some warmachine hunters. I would chose terradons over chameleons just because of the drop rocks special rule!

A few thoughts:
-What about taking 2 units of 30 saurus instead of 1 of 20 and 1 of 40??
-What about giving the BSB some magic items instead of a magic banner, what about crown of command(stubborn unit of saurus )
-I could drop cupped hands, throne of vines will be enough protection.
