AoS How does battleshock work with multi-wounded units?

For sake of example, let's say, a blightking unit. Each model has 4 wounds (or 5 for the champion), and they fail a battleshock test by 3. Do you remove 3 WOUNDS from a model, or 3 whole MODELS?

3 whole models it evens out since it's a lot harder to kill multi wound models
