8th Ed. Help to create an army list (beginner)

Hi I am a beginner at warhammer so i need an armylist.
I am only having one special requirement: My army needs to beat an Ogre army as #1 priority.
Because of the fact that nobody actually plays warhammer on my island in Denmark me, my friend and my sister are the only ones who is going to play warhammer. My friend has got an ogre army and he is pretty good at using its abbilities. Therefor I ask you guys if you would be kind to suppose an army list out of the following miniatures (listed in number of troops not regiments):

1 croq-gar on Carnosaur
43 Saurus warriors (including musicians etc.)
70 skinks (including musicians etc.)
4 Jungle swarms
21 temple guards
2 skink chiefs
2 kroxigors
2 salamanders
1 Stegadon and 4 skink

Im going to start out with a 1000 points army. Are there enough tactical ballanced troops to win a batlle? What do i need to buy?

hi! ogres...
well some chameleon skinks would have been great but since you haven´t got any you have to rely on your skirmish skinks. use many of them to shoot them down. also you will need some heavy infantry to match these bulls and stuff. perhaps a skink priest to handle gnoblars.
perhaps you can use the chief as a priest?
sallies? i dont know will they be any good against this kind of opponent?
perhaps put a krox unit to mess around.
maybe something like this:

skink priest
plaque of tepok

3*10 skink skirmishers
25 saurus full com.
20skinks, kroxigors

2*sally
