So i've made 2 new lists and would like some feedback on possible improvements and changes that could be made

So this list, inspired by Darren's list, would use kroak and the celestant prime to drop mortal wounds on the table while the skinks either sit on objectives or push up to kill the opponent. The stegadon could take a sunfire thrower against horde armies and could be teleported into the enemies backline to nuke a large unit. It could also take the skystreak bow against more elite armies. The bastiladon is more here for holding objectives.

This next list would be a heavy alpha strike list. Turn one both trogs would teleport to the enemies side and the rippers would also deepstrike. In the next turn the skink starpriest and bastiladon could follow suit.
How effective would these lists be?
