Hey guys just need some help as im playing skaven+ogres tomoz they both have 1250 pts and i have 2500 pts i need to know wht to do as i suck against ogres and skaven help would be appricated pls help me with tactics/ models i should take etc

I've not played ogres but I believe skinks may work well.

Skaven are nasty. They tend to run hordes of fairly tough rats hiding behind massive slave blocks. I've not found a consistent way to win but I'd suggest either a shadow or life slann to weaken them before the saurus go in. Poison/salamanders doesn't help a great deal...

Take out his units one at a time and try to draw them out of position.


He also has a banner which can shut down your shooting very effectively.

Salamander are so strong against Skavens! But with the storm banner you're gonna have to wait for it to stop being effective before moving in position to shoot. One it stops, it's awesome! they are almost all T3, and panic test can be devastating for them!
Skavens have strong magical power, so you have to prepare correctly for it, get Becalming cogitation and a dispell scroll and/or a cube of darkness.
Things that are dangerous are :
-Abomination : deal with it with skinks and magic (Light is good with burning gaze to avoid regen)
-Rat Ogre : Skinks (no armor)
-Plague Furnace w/ monks : Get a Scar Vet w/ heavy weapon and focus the furnace as they will fall to saurus one Furnace is gone.
-Warplightning Canon : Cameleon do the work!

For the Ogres, you're Saurus can stand toe to toe with them all day long, especially is buffed with a Life Slann. They're weakensses are similar to our own, low WS and low Init. Use that to your advantage!

Lore of Life. Buff saurus too high for ogres. Dwellers the skink. Cogitation to shut down their casters and Throne of Vines to force through when needed. Salamanders will own the skaven and buffed saurus will wear down ogres. Skrox units can do well, skinks die but S6 will ruin some ogres. Bring a flaming banner for the abomination. And chameleons. Gotta hit the cannons. Use a couple units of them. Unsure how well stegs will hold up but they could go either way depending on what they use.
