If you want to look for sources of Warhammer Army Books other than EBay, first I recommend you try independent hobby shops, as they keep any Fantasy stock they have much longer than GW hobby centres.

If you can't find any there, try charity shops, as sometimes they have good quality copies. Are you based in Britain by any chance? Because if so then Oxfam is a great source of second-hand Warhammer Fantasy books. I managed to order a copy of the Tomb Kings one from their website for a mere £10.
