Unless this tournament you are playing in has no comp, I think you better get rid of one of the EoTGs. If the tournament has NO comp, consider getting another EoTG :D

Other then that I think you could consider adding Terradons and/or lone Salamanders for utility. I also think you should definitely drop the banners on the Saurus Warriors.
 
Well the tournament I'm playing in has comp yes but special
characters are allowed. In my gamestore everyone dislikes the use of
special characters so when someone decides to allow a tournament with
special characters everyone is going to bring one! So I needed a list that is extremely powerful
without special characters. All the Lizardmen characters or either over priced or suck. If somene
could help me put together a good special character list with Lizzies, I would greatly appraciate it :)
 
Lizardmen don't need special characters to be good. In fact, I think special characters make lizardmen lists worse. But if this tournament has comp, I would suggest revamping some of your character selection. With a slann and 3 priests you have 14 PD and free ones for the slann. You also have 9 DD with 3 scrolls and the diadem. This alone will get you smashed in comp, and coupled with the fact that you have 2 engines, it won't be good. I would suggest dropping one engine and the foot priest. This frees up a TON of points and allows you to get more support units.

Grabbing a salamander or 2 could allow for more flexibility with this list. Terradons are also a must, as they are the ultimate utility unit. Maybe even grab yourself a scar vet that either has the burning blade and a cold one for some more fighting potential, or is geared with the jaguar charm to aid i taking out fast cav/war machines. Either drop the banners on your saurus units or bump them up to 18 strong. At only 12, they aren't going to pack enough punch and are pretty much considered throw away units.

Yeah, this list is going to suck for me and the oppenent to play. I won't have any fun playing it and my oppenent probably won't like me. So here's the new and improved list,

Your list is a bit better, but i still think it could use a few changes. It seems that you like your magic (2 priests and a slann). Your magical defense is going to be very strong either way (7 DD). If I were you, I'd drop the Diadem and use the 25pts elsewhere. Also, you don't need 3 units of SS. Once it comes to the big crunch of combat, they will be next to useless. Get a salamander, they are probably one of the best value units in the entire game!!
Other than that it looks good.

Just a heads up, if I'm not mistaken, a unit of 18 saurus with spears and FC is 246pts and not 252pts. Same with the other unit: 234pts, not 240pts.
