7th Ed. Have lizzardmen ever allied with Skaven or Chaos ?

The warhammerworld army allies chart has Skaven and Chaos as allowed allies for Lizzies, but not Empire ? Have they ever fought together (Skaven and LM) ?

That is strange, LM and Skaven HATE each other. And chaos tends to lean towards corruption rather than allegiance.

I know - this is what's troubling me, since I'm going to a doubles tourney using that chart.

I remember a year ago GW published an allies chart in one of the White Dwarf mags. The following month they posted an ammendment as the lizardmen data was wrong.

They cannot ally with Chaos or skaven.
They cannot ally with any of the "evil powers".
They can ally themselves with High Elves.

I an unsure as to any other allies that they can have.

I will see if I can find the article....(yes I hoard WD mags.....)

GW did publish an ally chart in an old WD. Lizardmen were, if I remember correctly, occasional allies to all armies. Which meant they could ally with any army, but not take advantage of that armies standard, general leadership and so on.

Sounds odd... I wouldn't ever ally with O&G, Skaven or chaos even if I could thou...
That's too many dead kittens for me!

Now if money's involved... That's another story.

This is what i was referring to. This was the first and incorrect post.

They cannot be occasional allies to all armies...

I think everyone might agree that finding the updated one would be a wise decision. I have also seen that chart, and it's complete idiocy.

There's a datasheet from GW about Legendary Battles, which is basically the same thing as doubles. It says Lizardmen are occasional allies of everyone, except Ogres, who they're common allies with.

Any idea on a rough date so I can find the issue without having to spend hours about it....?

I ally with skaven occasionally (although not for gamesworkshop events, just to mix up the teams)

and I have to ally with TK and orcs occasionnaly too,

Tis all well and good in friendly games, but they don't allow it at tournaments and such...
