So I ordered a set of Chamo Skinks, Finecast! they arrived today so I eagerly opened them up and noticed a snapped blowpipe on one.

I rang GW and explained the situation and was told "don't worry we will send you out a new pack"

I said "do you want me to return these?" answer "no keep them, you could make the one with the snapped blowpipe submerged in water!"

I've glued the pipe and it looks fine:)

10 Chamo skinks!

How good is that?
 
Are the all resin these days?
Cause man the old metal ones are fairly indestructible.

But yea congrats on the 10 free camos. :D
 
GW support are great.

I had a Spirit Host with missing fingers - they sent out a box of 3 as a replacement. I glued a skull to the hand to make it look cool.

I had that deformed Skink the other week and they sent me out a box of 24 :D
 
I ordered two Start Collectings last year, Seraphon and Tau.

Didn't arrived on 30 days, and they offered me a new order via fast delivery for free.

In the end they didn't send me them for free, so I asked again and they gave me a voucher for £21.

Then my original order arrived and they left me keep them.

Yeah, that was fantastic.

On the original my Start Collecting! Seraphon boxes, the Carnosaur' belly leather band was miscasted by half. I thought about asking yet another box, but I used the kit to build a Troglodon anyway, and I guess I could simply use a bit of green stuff to fix it.
