Just want to be sure : fusil of conflagration isnt an actual shooting attack, just an anility that happens in the shooting phase, so it is possible to charge and use it in the same turn right?

good question, I always assumed it was a shooting attack and played it as that (not being able to charge), interested in hearing other responses

It is not a shooting attack. Like the Cosmic Engine on the Engine of the Gods it is an ability that happens in the shooting phase. So you can run and still use it, but can't unleash hell with it.

Yes, it's triggered at the beginning of the shooting phase but it’s an ability, so it doesn't suffer the shooting limitations.
