If an Anceint Stegadon with Skink Priest is in combar during your magic phase, can it still use its powers? The box says "All enemy units within 2D6", even if engaged in close combat" are hit.

Assuming he survives long enough then yes, he can use it while in combat.

he can use it anytime teh steg and the priest are alive and it does indeed afeect all units, even if in close combat
