our saurus with spears can win out against warriors, our SCOC can compete with their mounted knights. For us the main thing we need to shut down are their Marauder cavalry. If we can do that then we can win fairly easily, at least this is what I find. The Warriors of Chaos army is so very linear in its design that we can easily manipulate what we know about them. Warriors are hard but slow, chosen are harder but just as slow. Knights are hard and have good movement but are going to be found in the middle of the table, marauders are cheap and ineffective against everything but our ranked skinks (even then we still have the stand and shoot reaction). Marauder horsemen are a different kettle of fish, they are fairly cheap so they can come in high numbers, they are fast, M8 I believe, and can have either a decent save (4+ with shield) or can hit hard on the charge (+2 str up to 5 with flails).
As it stands if we match up out units correctly, none of the WOC units can definitely win without support thus it is imperative to eliminate the units they have as support units, those would be; giants (skinks rock the giants scissors), and marauder horsemen.
