Found this picture of a slann while looking at old warhammer rulebooks on ebay. What edition do you guys think it is from? I'm guessing 4th or 5th.

I believe that is the 5th edition book. There was an artist whose initials are MG and I think this resembles his style. To the research machine!

I wouldn't be surprised if the tongue waving was slightly inspired from the old Tyrannic art from 40K. Mainly this image.
