Help Coalesced Eternity Warden

Hi all,

I want to paint my eternity warden but Starborne (I followed this tutorial for my Saurus units

) and I'm stumped on how I should paint the Warden's helm, skulls, and loin cloth. I don't want to do them as black because well.. it's not scales or weapons. My partner suggested just painting it all with that space-alienish gold and I don't want to paint it skull-brown because it looks too down-to-earth (literally.) Thoughts? Suggestions? Criticisms?

A pale green or pink could work, to look almost crystalline.

I think brass could work

I was thinking about making it a dark metallic and applying some purple contrast on it. I like the idea of crystalline and the galaxy appeal. That, or a darker grey to break up the black scales with russ grey highlights.

A pale green or pink could work, to look almost crystalline.
