Looks solid,

Personally I would add Terradons somehow, but otherwise I don't see much wrong with it. Maybe 15 TG would be sufficient since you've already packed so many points into the unit.

The shield on the Scar-Vet still has no real use as he can't use it in cc, but maybe thats just to fill in the last couple of points?

No, I think its good. The Stegadon is really strong alongside with Lore of Life, just remember to take those wounds off everytime you cast spells.
