8th Ed. Chaff units, 800 pts

I’m thinking about the importance of chaff units for my army list. However, chameleon skinks appeal as well.
Currently, I have 2 units of 20 Saurus, a skink priest, a unit of 10 skirmishers, and a Salamander. I plan to drop two Saurus from each unit, downgrade the skirmishers to regular skinks, and either add another unit of 10 regular skinks and a Saurus, or add a unit of 5 chameleon skinks.

I’m working towards an 800 points all-comers list, with only 200 points for Lords/Heroes in total.

Which option would you use?

I really like the chameleons. However, a skrox unit could serve a purpose as well. If you are likely to go up against a warmachine or two, I would take the chameleons.

Chamos are pain for any army, me thinks. BS 4, so they'd need a -4 modifier to lose poison. Organ guns can easily kill them, but then they aren't killing the advancing Saurus.
