8th Ed. Carnie 3000 point army list need help

Hi I'm pretty new to lizardmen and have decided to write an army list. That's what I have ended up with:


3000 Points List


LORDS:

oldblood with blade of realities , enchanced shield , dragonfly of quicksilver, on carnosaur

HEROES:

Skink Chief on ancient stegadon with Stegadon War-Spear

Skink Priest lv. 2 with 2x dispel scroll

Skink Priest lv. 2 with cloak of feathers and diadem of power


CORE UNITS:

20 Saurus warriors with spears and full command

20 Saurus warriors with spears and full command

10 Skinks

10 skink skirmishers with blowpipes

10 skink skirmishers with blowpipes

SPECIAL UNITS:

TOTAL COST: 3000 points

wich is your most common enemy army? if it is not skaven or ogres you should not take blade of realities

RARE UNITS:

this is an all fast army with a minimum M of 6 and with d3 repositions from tetto you can easily outmanouvre and flank the enemy and kill all of his weak stuff while ignoring all the good units or focus all of your power on small weak spots in the enemy battle line

TOTAL COST: 3000 points

if you do not want to use this list you should know that
you can not take more than one scroll you could in 7 edition but cannot in 8 edition
cold one cav aint worth it take stegs instead
you need at least 30 when taking spears on saurus otherwise you are wasting points
you need a bsb and the chief can still take it some forget but who cant have a super large banner in one hand and a 10 foot spear in the other.... he is very squishy but does have a 2+ and besides there are no other candidates
the carno lord gets shot dead by 2 cannon balls with charmed shield it takes 3 cannon balls and its 5 points!
wich is cheaper than a normal shield! the combi of light armour and a charmed shield is cheaper than the enchanted and can discard the first hit on the lord on a 2+
