Under the new rules you can only use a regen or a ward, not both at the same time, so this discipline got usless.

Not only are you forbidden from taking two arcane items on the same charracter, but you're actually forbidden from haven two of the sam item in youre entire army, its a major change from last eddition that affected dispel scrolls and some other items i can't currently remember. In general you only duplicate things if your army book says so, like the dwarven dispel runes (can't remember name right now).
