AoS Behemoth limitation

Looking at the rules for the realm of Ghur it looks like we are limited in how many Behemoths we can take for a 2k army is 0-4. I was thinking of taking Thunderlizard but I want to have more Dino's on the battlefield...lol. Do those rules hold true for the Thunderlizard build?
 
Stegadons lose the Behemoth battlefield role and gain the Battleline role instead in Thunder Lizard.

Since they're no longer Behemoths you're free to include as many as you like.

General’s Handbook 2021 Errata said:
Sometimes, the Notes column on a Pitched Battle profile will tell you to
change the battlefield role of units of that type if certain conditions are
met. For example, choosing a certain model to be your general can mean
the battlefield role of certain units changes to Battleline. Where this is
the case, unless noted otherwise, the unit loses all of the battlefield roles
in the Battlefield Role column of its Pitched Battle profile and just has the
battlefield role specified in the Notes column instead.
