KoW Base size for Ghekkotah Hunters?

Do these guys go on a standard Salamander size of 25*25 or are they 20*20 (I think 20*20)

Making a tray and want to make sure it's the right footprint.

They are indeed 20x20, so the total footprint should be 100x40
