AoS Base size and questions

So,
I need to buy some bases for old models or conversions that I have and want to make sure I get the size right

Skinks = 2,5 cm
Skink Priest and Starpriest= 2,5 cm
Saurus Warriors = 3,2 cm
Saurus Heroes (Sunblood, Astrolith etc)= 4 cm
Slann & Kroak = 5 cm
Salamander = 6 cm oval like saurus knights or bigger (7,5 cm)?

Plus, I have a question.
Saurus and Skinks have that sort of plastic band under tehri feet which fitted the diagonal slot in square bases. Now, round bases from the Start Collecting set have no slot. Is it better to cut off the plastic band from the mini, or to cut a slot in the new base?

For some reason he and the Oldblood on foot have rather small looking 32mm bases while the other Saurus heroes have 40mm bases.

Rest seems to be correct.

Check out the core rules designer commentary document by GW, it has all the official base sizes.

I would cut the band off. You might need a bit more glue but the Skinks can be attached with just their feet.
But normally if you buy 25mm bases for Skinks you can just buy them slotted. IIRC the bases in the Skink box are slotted as well.

Well, the big Saurus definetly look awkward on those small bases...

I have to buy some Skink bases anew, but the Saurus bases form the start collecting don't have the slot.
