I am disliking people snagging the AoS logos and copying "the look" of the warscrolls and new rules to present their invented ideas.

Also, the linked document does a lot of nerfing (of shooters and summoners) in the name of balancing.

So, at best it is a perhaps balanced system after this particular author's house rule preferences are factored in.

Yeah, I don't like this ruleset... I confronted the author, asking why he would nerf shooting. He said that it's about attack dice, then proceeded to use one of the best shooting units in the game versus one of the worst melee units in the game to justify his decision. Personally, I find that logic flawed. He's changed so much that it's only AoS by name.
