8th Ed. Assemple an army

Im soon gonna try my first 2500 match, and I need some help to assemble my army.
I know there is an app for this, can anyone help me with the name?
And if anyone wanna try help me with an army list - please help me - or if you think I need "that" to make it so much better

24x CO riders (leader, drum, flag)x3

6x Ripperdactyles

1x terrodon special (can't remember name)
1x Tetto'eko

I personally think I got a descent amount of units to make some good lists?

There's also Quartermaster.
No idea which is best, but guess they do the same thing.

Battlescribe is a free app for your phone if you don't mind the occasional advertisement. I think they have an ad free version as well if you buy it. It's gotten a lot better with finding databases and now includes stats and special rules and can be used on multiple game types.
