Is anyone still having trouble accessing their Seraphon Battalions in the AoS app?

I purchased the battalion battle pack a while ago and have yet to be able to view any of the battalions since they updated the app with the launch of 2.0.

I've communicated several times with customer service and they keep saying something along the lines of "thanks for your patience, but we've fixed the issue do X, Y, and Z." but nothing has worked. Every time I go to view the Battalion warscroll it prompts me to purchase the Battletome.

Has anyone else run into a similar issue? Just wanted to see if maybe it's only me!
 
Have you tried reinstalling app? Try reinstalling it with clearing the app's memory

Unfortunately, I've already done this several times with no success.
 
I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I've also tried to reinstall my app. :-/
 
That won't help. Try to delete the app not through the Play Market, but throught the Settings - Apps - select the app. I think in top right corner there will be an option to delete the app with all files.

It certainly cant hurt. I'd rather try then just assume it's never going to work.

The method you've suggested I've already tried, but also tried again just in case. Still nothing.
