AoS Another newbie question

Ok so started painting my carno already
And the old blood
And just kinda went with my own scheme
I used sotek green with skink blue highlights with but with black and grey skin
However going forward is like mostly saurus
I keep reptiles in rl and wanted to paint some of the skinks and dinos the same colour as some of my favourite species

now I’d like to play casually at first if I can find people to play with
So it’s more regarding the faction I choose and potential rules haha

The nice part about seraphon is all subfactions are equally valid, it more depends on where you want to lean. Since you already have a carnosaur painted, they shine in the coalesced half of things. if you wanted to pair that carnosaur with more big stompies, thunder lizard is an obvious look. Lets you bring stegs as battleline and makes them all a little tougher with the +2 wounds.

I was leaning towards coalesced
I bought both start up kits ,a spare carnosaur
And kroxigors but kinda wanted to use everything from both boxes I could leave the skinks to one side if need be.

Guess I’m trying to feel out how strict the community is with colours lol
The weapons etc I’ve stuck to lore colours or near enough

We arnt strict in terms of color schemes unless you are putting out visible feces
