I understand that the synergy of a pure Seraphon army is pretty hard to ignore but lately I’ve been wanting to convert some Stormcast in to armored lizardman....for reasons.

That being said what place do any allies have in our lists? What holes can they fill and which models fill those spots best?

We could need somelong ranged artillery, and the SCE celestar ballista fits nicely.

Also, some reliable mw source. I seem to recall knight incantor does the job

I personally play 1 unit of Paladins (retributors for me). They allow us some means to deal Mortal Wounds
 
Seraphon have a distinct lack of infantry with staying power. Bringing some Sequitors will give you a flexible (all be it non battleline) front-line option.

The Knight-Incantor is extremely useful vs Death at the moment. Being able to reliably auto-unbind a critical Vanhel's Danse Macabre can be game shifting.

Lastly, like everyone else will mention, the Celestial Ballista.
 
I also see a lot of people putting a knight incantor in lists with the stormcast meteor endless spell for more mortal wounds.
 
Pretty much. To sum it up:
Celestar ballista
Knight Incantor

Actually, these ones are probably the most useful allies.
With summoning and the increased utility of rippers and terradons, Prosecutors as winged troop are no more a popular choice.
 
The Celestant Prime is pretty nice for Alpha Strike armies as well.
I have seen an awesome custom built giant Ripperdactyl to play with Celestant Prime rules. Somewhere here on the forums.
 
Thank you all so much for the input everyone. I’ve got a friend with a bunch of stormcast so I’ll give these all a try!
