recently I've been wanting to dust off my Carnosaur model, and give it some more action(because, despite the model being probably the coolest in the Lizardmen Army, it is the single model in my army that has seen the least amount of battle-time.
So I decided to put him up again for a change, but how to use him?
One area I will feel like I'm neglecting will be magic, that's a given, since I can't have my Carnosaur and a Slann at the same time. (I'm fighting in a very small club and none of the others have armies that can go over 2000 points...)
I mean, putting my general on a Carnosaur would be 355 points right off the bat, and adding in a slann would both be overkill and exceeding the points-limit.
Further more, What should I do to harness myself better against opposing magic?, knowing full well the weaknesses that Stegadon's these days have.. (I lost two of them in my last match against ogres T^T and his giant monster-killing cannon)
Are there any things I can do to compromise for my lack of magic in a Carnosaur led army of around 2000 points? o...o
