So I wanted to run big monsters and it seems I have found a way to do so effectively!
So here is my 2250 lizardmen list. It currently contains a unit of saurus as I do not have skink models atm. Once I get some more skinks and krox I will replace the saurus with them.

Basic idea is to push dice at throne of vines to ignore miscasts and supercharge my spells. I throw +4t to the skinks from flesh to stone (t6 skinks and t8 krox...ow) and each spell I cast heals the stegs from the shooting they are bound to take. Throwing the regen 4 on the stegs can make them ridiculously difficult to kill with the addition of healing. I have some extreme problems handling high volume crap like skaven, in which the dwellers bellow will annihilate their units. I similarly dominate the magic phase entirely with a lvl 4 mage and 2 dispell scrolls, one of them ending the phase entirely. I regrowth any casualties I take and throw the shield of vines on anything likely to engage (impact hits plus that spell are ridiculous)

This list dominates the magic phase and is filled with rather enormous beasties of doom!!!!
I have played it recently against artillery heavy empire, and they were slaughtered handily. Anyone care to show me where ive gone clearly wrong? I imagine I have some glaring weaknesses

Well, apart from the idea of horde armies being overwhelming and not giving you much maneuverability, the only real problem I can see is that since you are reliant on two things (magic and big beasties) it seems that your high powered magic dealer is left almost completely undefended.. But that's the only real thing I want to point out, I happen to be a HUGE fan of using all big monsters :jawdrop:)
