8th Ed. 800 point tourney list, any advice?

Got a 800 point tourney coming up and this is what i've intially gone for, please let me know what your think guys? The only rules in force for the tourney are usual FoC and no lords are aloowed, only heros:

Heros:

Scar Vet- Shield, Burning Blade Of Chotec

Skink Preist- Plaque of Tepok

Core:

19 Saurus- Spears and Shields, Full Command, BSB (scar vet goes here)

10 Skink Skirmishers- blowpipes

10 Skink Skirmishers- blowpipes

Rare:

1 Salamander- 3 handlers

1 Salamander- 3 handlers

Total- 773

Leaves 27 points for bits.

Any suggestions or opinions would be great guys.
