7th Ed. 500pts - For Mini League

Hey,

My local club is running a small league using 500pt armies over the next month or so. The idea behind the small armies is an effort to make sure the games finish and place more emphasis on having a laugh wheras in bigger games in takes longer and sometimes becomes more serious than it should.

So with that in mind I'm toying with this list;

Scar-Vet
-Sword of the Hornet
-Enchanted Shield
-Light Armour
-Cold One

10 Saurus Warriors (Scar-Vet here)
-Spears and Shields

10 Skink Skirmishers

10 Skink Skirmishers

3 Terradons

Total: 500pts
DD:2

Have gone with the Sword of the Hornet to try and protect my small unit of Saurus from taking too many casulaties if (when) they get charged.

What do you think?

Looks very solid, and a near replica of what I played during my 500 point league (-terradons, +Sallie and a Saurus or something)

I agree it looks very solid. Really cant go wrong with Saurus and skirmishers at any level of points. And terradons at 500pts should do amazing.

Very solid list, can't find anything to comment on, the only thing I can say is maybe take BBoC over SotH, but that's just personal preference. Terradons should work great at this point level, since there will only be small units.
