8th Ed. 500 point starter army

Well just starting out with lizardmen
i put this list together. i wander what you think

Priest lv2 rod of storm 125

18 saurus st and mu 216

11 skink skirmishers

11skink skirmishers

495 all in

think its oki, but is there anything ian do to improve it?
any comments would help greatly!

you can´t have a stegadon at 500pts. sry...
I liked the first list.

The steg fits just within the 50% for special! but i guess would be a big target!!

I'd swap out the lvl2 priest for lvl 1 priest, with dispel scroll & ~plaque of tepok - cheaper, just as many spells,and a dispel scroll is always handy

Maybe drop one of the skink skirmisher units for a salamander as well,

I think those two changes should cost about the same, and the salamanders auto-panic-on-wound may come in very handy

You can't have both items, they are both an arcane item and you only can carry one.

you can´t have a stegadon at 500pts. sry...

actually, you can take a steg. it costs 235 points and you max is 250 ..
